Hot, Sexy, and just Friggin Sensational!  This story is a lot spicier than A Perfect Mess.  I was fanning myself especially during the sit-ups scene.  Hot Damn!  It’s 12:30 am and I have to be at work in a few hours if that tells you anything.  I could not put it down.  I had to see what was going to happen with Verity and Boone.  Of course they were going to live happily ever after, but it is the -how do they get there- that keeps me reading.

Zoe did an amazing job with character development in this story.  She takes a girl that looks perfect on the outside “The Preachers Daughter” and shows us that you can’t judge a book by its cover.  Verity has a lot of demons that she is hanging on to and has to learn to confess her sins and share that burden even if it means that Boone will walk away from her.  Her parent’s approval of her is on the line.

Boone is an Outlaw and people judge the Outlaw Brothers based on their father’s actions.  The town judges those boys without looking at what is on the inside.  Boone has straightened up his act and is a caring person.  He is volunteering his time and money to fix up the church.  Why cant they see that?

When Verity realizes that she wrongly judged Boone her heart breaks.  She was no better than anyone else in the town.  As she gets to know him she falls head over heels and is so afraid that her secret will ruin everything they have built.

This book kept me on my toes and turning page after page to see what was going to happen next.  If you like romantic suspense with some scorching hot sex scenes that will wake up your girlie parts then you will love A Perfect Mistake.

There is a reason that Aubree has loved Booker since they were teenagers.  She has carried a dark secret with her.  She saw something that she should not have and stood by and did nothing to stop what was happening.  When she tells Booker what she saw, will he be able to forgive her, or will she fall from the pedestal he has kept her on for all these years.

This story is written in a “different language”.  What I mean by this is that this story takes place in the bayou and the author uses authentic Louisiana slang and phrases that I had never heard before.  This language helps to set the background for the story and contributes to the character development.

This book had it all including: action, suspense, mystery, friendship, family, love, and some sinfully sexy scenes between Booker and Aubree.  I really enjoyed this read.  And now that I have read both A Perfect Mess and A Perfect Mistake I was glad I read this one because it gave me some history of the Outlaw Brothers and what they have been through.

If you like a sexy outlaw, and love watching a spicy little redhead bring a man to his knees, you will love A Perfect Mess.
