PLAYING WITH SEDUCTION is the third book in the Players’ Club series by Erika Wilde. An off-shoot of her Marriage Diaries series, these books revolve around the men that work for Noble and Associates, and the women that love them. This book, like the others by Erika, are full of super-sexy encounters, alpha men, and independent women.

Kendall is at the point in her life where love, kids, and stability dream top her list of what she wants for her life. At 35, she’s come back from a devastating past by moving on with her life and making a success of it. When Jase, one of Dean Noble’s employees, and a model for one of Kendall’s jobs, expresses his interest in her, she can’t see beyond their eight-year age difference. When the two end up in a hot tryst, though, Jase is determined to make Kendall see how good they can be together.

I enjoyed this book. The characters are likable, and it’s always nice to catch up with the other characters from the two series. Kendall and Jase have undeniable chemistry, and the sexy times are really darned hot. I like that Kendall is a little bit older than many of the heroines in the typical romance, as it made the story that much more realistic and approachable for me. PLAYING WITH SEDUCTION is a solid 4.25-star read for me. I look forward to seeing the rest of the guys get their HEAs. Lovers of romance with a spicy twist should definitely add them to their TBRs and enjoy. (NOTE: Although these books are standalones, it’s helpful to read them in order, and to check out the Marriage Diaries series, too, for some background about the characters.)
