Etched In Stone by Mayra Statham is certainly a love story. But it is much more than that. It is a story about second chances, about people brought together, against all odds, to come out on the other side changed completely. Neither Parker nor Liz are looking for forever, but when they meet, things begin to change immediately. And when Liz’s past threatens to break them, to cost them everything, they find that they are stronger together than apart.

I enjoyed this book, with all of its angst, romance, passion, intrigue, and some of the hottest sexy times I’ve seen (hot BBF alert: Parker Stone is the real deal!). Seeing the changes that take place in Liz and Parker and their relationship, and the ends that they will go to for each other, make for a seriously swoon-inducing read. The addition of a strong cast of supporting characters, along with a heartbreaking but engrossing backstory, earns Etched In Stone four strong stars. Add this one to your TBR and prepare to be swept away.
