While it’s no surprise that if Kristen Proby wrote it, I’m going to love it, I have to say that I’m really enjoying the world that Kristen has created in her Huckleberry Bay series. The characters are fun and likable, the plot lines are winners, and her descriptions are so right on that it’s like I’m actually in Huckleberry Bay, along with the characters, experiencing the beautiful Oregon coast, and enjoying small town life amongst friends and family.

FERNHILL LANE is Sarah’s and Tanner’s story, and as far as second-chance love goes, it’s a winner. These two were meant for each other. The years apart have changed them in good ways, bringing them to a place in life where they’re really ready for each other, and their love of and support for each other gave me all of the butterflies.

Whether you’ve read and loved others of Kristen’s books, or she’s a new-to-you author, the books in this series are sure to win your heart. The sweet is nicely peppered with spicy, and the stories will draw you in and keep you reading. Next up in the series is CHAPEL BEND, where that slow burn and innuendo that’s been building between a certain redhead and her friend’s brother is about to get hot, hot, hot.
