Jackson Dane, self-made man, and one heck of an alpha, is a one and done kind of guy, and definitely not looking for anything too deep. Casual is the name of his game, and his night with Piper is just what the doctor ordered. Or, is it…?

Piper is everything I like in a female romantic lead. Equally sweet and sassy, she’s smart, capable, and able to hold her own. All of these things come in really handy, because she’s never met anyone quite like Jackson. But, then, he’s never met anyone quite like her, and when Fate brings the two together again, it isn’t long before Piper is showing this bossman just what’s what.

Kendall Ryan is a favorite of mine, and her stories always leave me smiling. When I saw that she was to be part of the Misadventures series, I knew I was in for a fun, sexy, and satisfying read. Piper and Jackson might be one of my favorite of her couples (shh, don’t tell the others!), and I loved everything about their story.

Plenty sweet, plenty steamy, MISADVENTURES WITH THE BOSS is 4.5 happy stars, and a read that I happily recommend for fans of contemporary romance. If it’s not on your TBR, add it now!
