The stunning conclusion to Parallel.
Someone has torn them apart in the past, and she plans to do it again…
As Nick and Quinn piece together the truth about the life they once shared, they discover it was much deeper and darker than they ever imagined. In order to keep history from repeating, Quinn will need to master her unusual gifts—but that means admitting to herself and to Nick why she stopped using them in the first place.
He may never forgive her when he learns the truth, but Quinn is running out of options—because the clock is ticking, and it’s no longer just her life that hangs in the balance.

In my review for PARALLEL, I said that the answers that I so desperately wanted and needed were to come, and, indeed, those answers become clear in INTERSECT, although in a very Elizabeth O’Roark way. What does that mean? It means that this book was just as much of a whirling dervish of emotion, action-packed, and delicious in its delivery, and I could not put it down.
Another easy 4.5 stars, INTERSECT is everything that I hoped, and did not falter at all in the wrap-up of Quinn’s and Nick’s story. That being said, I would absolutely love to see more of these characters, to see their future unfold, and to get some explanations about a few things left a little bit hazy there at the end…Lucky for us readers, there’s a bonus epilogue that gives some answers, as well as THE MOON WE SHARE, another book in the Parallel universe, that will be coming our way soon. Until then, I cannot recommend The Parallel Duet any more highly. If PNR is your jam, grab these books and enjoy the heck out of them. You will not be sorry.
Tracey’s ReviewI’m a sucker for paranormal romance and romantic suspense, and when they’re married together in the same book, well, I’m pretty much in reader heaven. In PARALLEL, Elizabeth has delivered a story that incorporates both of these genres, as well as plenty of slow burn (and by slow burn, I mean sizzling) romantic build-up, making for a read that had me locked in from the first chapter. Every time I thought I knew what was going on, who was who, and who was doing what in which timeline, Elizabeth deftly showed me that the answers are, in fact, yet to come.
PARALLEL is most definitely a book that deserves no spoilers, one that readers go into without any idea of what’s waiting for them. A very solid 4.5 stars, PARALLEL is on my must-read list for this year. I cannot wait to get my hands on INTERSECT (Book 2), because I need answers, dang it, and you will, too.

Will is my fiancé. The shy man I met years ago in college. The person I’m supposed to spend the rest of my life with.
This is the life I’ve always wanted until finding a picture of four men changes everything…
Etienne says he’s my husband and the year is 1912. He can’t stand the sight of me, but I don’t know why.
Oh, and he’s one of the men from the picture.
I’ve done the impossible and have become trapped in time and I know Etienne is my key to going home.
The more time I spend with Etienne, the further I fall for him, until I’m questioning which time I belong in and if the life I left behind is the one I truly desire.
All I know for certain is I need to survive time.
I need to survive love.
And I need to make it out on the other side alive.
