Claudia Burgoa is back with another heart wrenching emotional book that every reader can relate to in some way.  Until I Fall is one of those books that explores all types of relationships, whether it be romantic, friendship, or family.  All these relationships are what molds our lives and defines our individuality.

Aspen Zimmerman had it all.  She was just beginning her journey to becoming a doctor.  She was madly in love and soon to be married when tragedy struck.  Losing her fiancé altered her life and changed her. For the next eleven years, she floundered through life emotionally numb.  When she meets her neighbor Anderson Hawkins, her heart begins to wake up.  Can she handle the emotions that go along with what her heart is feeling.  Is she capable of treading through the dangerous waters that come with being in a relationship?  She wants to but knows she’s broken.  Only she has the power to fix what is broken.

Anderson Hawkins has come home to take care of his mother.  He’s fighting to keep her alive and make her final days joyful.  His former career as a ranger and present career as a security specialist has kept him from family and committed relationships.  When he meets Aspen, he falls head over heels in love.  He will do anything to make their relationship work.  He has learned the hard way that life is precious and each moment counts.  Can he convince Aspen that their love for one another is worth the risk?

Until I Fall is much more than a romantic love story.  It’s about family relationships and how important they are in our lives.  It is also about the importance of friendship and understanding.  I thoroughly loved every aspect of this book.  Claudia Burgoa once again touched my heart in many ways.

Born on the mystical day of October 30th in the not so
mystical lands of Mexico City, Claudia grew up with a childhood that resembled
a caffeine-injected soap opera. Seventeen years ago she ventured to the lands
of her techie husband—a.k.a. the U.S.—with their offspring to start a new
adventure. She now lives in Colorado working for a small IT company,
managing her household filled with three confused dogs, said nerd husband, two
daughters wrought with fandoms and a son who thinks he’s the boss of the house.
