Avery Hart returned to Wildwood after her sister Delaney convinced her to return home after her disastrous divorce. Avery is struggling to become a stronger woman after many years of neglect. Being an army wife had taught her how to become independent and self sufficient but didn’t teach her how to value herself. She is weary of love and commitment after her husband’s betrayal. Coming home to Wildwood is her second chance. Her chance to become whole. A chance to prove to herself that she has value.
Avery and Delaney have chosen to turn the family bar into a restaurant and catering business. Avery has a gift in the kitchen. Her pastries and baked goods are in high demand. She’s building a solid reputation in the community while the renovations are being done to the bar. She has become in high demand and is working her fingers to the bone. They are very strong and compelling people with very real issues. Their lives are anything but perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed Wild Kisses and can’t wait to see what comes next in the Wildwood series. There is a missing Hart sister that needs to return home to Wildwood.
